Paul Dangelo Recently Terminated Over Regulatory Inquiry

In March 2018 he was terminated from his position at Oppenheimer & Company following allegations he failed to inform the firm about a regulatory inquiry.

In 2015 voluntarily resigned from his position at Wells Fargo Advisors following allegations he executed unauthorized transactions in a customer account.

In 2009 a customer alleged Paul Dangelo, while employed at Wachovia Securities, churned the account and recommended unsuitable products. The complaint settled for $80,000.

In 1999 a customer alleged Paul Dangelo, while employed at UBS Painewebber, recommended unsuitable investments, allocated assets unsuitably, mishandled the account, and churned investments. The complaint settled for $45,000.
