Marianne Younkheere: Investor Seeks $5 Million in Complaint Against Merrill Lynch Rep

Her self-regulatory organization (SRO) registrations include BOX Exchange, Cboe Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange, FINRA, Investors’ Exchange, MIAX PEARL, NYSE National, Nasdaq ISE, the Nasdaq Stock Market, and the New York Stock Exchange.

According to her BrokerCheck report, she has received one pending customer complaint.

In May 2018 a customer alleged Marianne Younkheere, while employed at Merrill Lynch, misrepresented material facts regarding outside investments between February 2008 and June 2015. The customer is seeking $5,000,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
