In October 2017 a customer alleged Kenneth Fitzpatrick, while employed at Raymond James Financial Services, over-concentrated investments in the account, recommended unsuitable investment products, acted negligently, breached his fiduciary duty, was negligent in his supervisory duties and breached contract in connection to investments in listed equities.
