Publicly available records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on June 12, 2017 indicate that Arkansas-based Merrill Lynch broker/adviser Joseph Boskus has received a pending customer dispute. In April 2017 a customer alleged Joseph Boskus, while employed at Merrill Lynch, misrepresented and omitted material facts related to an investment recommended in March 2015. The customer is seeking $1,693,623 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2008 a customer alleged Joseph Boskus, while employed at Merrill Lynch, failed to follow instructions in connection to a closed-end management investment company. The customer sought $12,712 in damages in the complaint, which was denied.
