According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received one pending customer complaint.

In April 2018 a customer alleged Jonathan Duke, while employed at Synovus Securities, breached his fiduciary duty in connection to an investment in certificates of deposit. The customer is seeking $200,000 in damages in the pending complaint.
