In February 2018 he was terminated from his position at Foresters Equity Services Inc. in connection to allegations he participated in an undisclosed and unapproved private securities transaction and failed to inform the firm that he was contacted by the State of Wisconsin as part of the state’s investigation of Woodbridge Group of Companies.
In November 2017 he was contacted by the State of Wisconsin in connection to the state’s investigation of Woodbridge Group of Companies Group. The investigation remains pending.
