In 2007 a customer alleged Jeffrey Glazer, while employed at Capital Growth Financial, made penny stock violations, over-concentrated the account, and misrepresented the account’s value. The complaint settled, but Capital Growth Financial “went out of business before it could contribute to the settlement.”

In 2006 a customer alleged Jeffrey Glazer, while employed at Oppenheimer & Company, purchased “inappropriate” securities. The customer sought $106,423 in the complaint, which was denied.
