Publicly available records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and accessed on August 21, 2017 indicate that former Ohio-based MML Investors Services broker/adviser David McConnell was recently terminated from his former employer in connection to alleged rule violations. In 2015 a customer alleged David McConnell, while employed at MML Investors Services, did not tell her there would be sales charges associated with a variable annuity purchase. The customer sought more than $5,900 in damages in the complaint, which was denied.
