Customer Alleged Cynthia Laroche Made Unsuitable Investments Resulting in Losses

Cynthia LarochePublic records provided by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and accessed on May 7, 2018 indicate that Utah-based Wells Fargo Clearing Services broker/adviser Cynthia Laroche has received customer disputes. She is a registered broker and investment adviser with 13 US states and territories: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, and Utah. She is registered with five self-regulatory organizations (SROs): FINRA, NYSE American LLC, Nasdaq PHLX LLC, the Nasdaq Stock Market, and the New York Stock Exchange.

In April 2017 a customer alleged Cynthia Laroche, while employed at Wells Fargo Advisors, manipulated and churned her account. The complaint settled in August 2017 for $40,000.

In 1992 a customer alleged Cynthia Laroche recommended unsuitable investments that resulted in losses and executed unauthorized trades. The complaint resulted in an award to the customer of $30,000.
