Ankur Bhatia Has Received Two Pending Customer Disputes

Ankur Bhatia Public records published by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and accessed on December 23, 2017 indicate that former Illinois-based Fifth Third Securities broker/adviser Ankur Bhatia has received pending customer disputes. In 2009 a customer alleged Ankur Bhatia, while employed at Fifth Third Securities, misrepresented material facts related to a mutual fund product in September 2007. The customer sought more than $7,700 in damages in the complaint, which was denied.
